FAQ Frequently asked questions

Do I need a doctor's orders to receive therapy at Town Park Rehab?

In many instances, no. You can receive a physical therapy evaluation or treatment without a physician’s order under many insurance plans. There are exceptions, however. If you are insured by Medicare or seeking treatment for a work-related injury under workers compensation plan, you will need a doctor’s order. If you are seeking a specific treatment, such as needle EMG or spinal manipulation, you may also need a doctor’s order. If you are unsure whether you need a doctor’s order for treatment, just give one of our intake specialists a call (330) 754-5628 and we can answer any of your questions.

How much does it cost for each therapy treatments?

In many instances, your health insurance will cover the majority of the cost for therapy services. Patients who have secondary insurance often have no out-of-pocket expenses. Individual costs depend on your insurance, and we have specialists who can determine any costs and out-of-pocket expenses before services begin so that you can make an informed choice. We also have a number of payment plans that provide an affordable solution for those that have high co-pays or deductibles. Call us today and we will contact your insurance. (330) 754-5628
